In consideration for access to the [EVENT NAME] ___________, services provided by and other involvement with the Zeuner Foundation, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned (“Releasor”) hereby grants to the Zeuner Foundation the irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to use my name, likeness, image, voice, statements, and appearance as such may be embodied in any photographs, recordings, and videotapes, taken or made by or on behalf of the Zeuner Foundation. This right includes, without limitation, the right to publish and distribute photographs and recordings taken of me, along with my name, personal testaments, quotations, and likeness in any promotional materials, videos, publications, advertisements, news releases, Web sites, and other materials, in any medium now known or hereafter discovered or developed.
I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the Zeuner Foundation from all claims and demands arising out of or related to my participation or the use of my name, likeness, image, voice, statements, or appearance, including any claims for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, defamation, or infringement of any intellectual property rights.
I further acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and that I will not receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or use of these photographs, recordings, and videotapes and I acknowledge and agree that such use confers upon me no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever. I agree that the Zeuner Foundation is the exclusive owner of all copyright and other rights in such photographs, recordings, and videotapes, and may use and license such photographs, recordings, and videotapes in any manner. I waive the right to inspect or approve any product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears.
This release shall be binding upon me, my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns. No modification of this release shall be of any effect unless it is made in writing and signed by me and the Zeuner Foundation.
